Non-aligned Active Wikipedia Users

I think active contributors to wikipedia who do not neccesarily belong to a chapter or partake in Chapter activities should also be considered

Thank you for your comment. Absolutely in agreement with this... I have prowled some African portal to find these and am now considering approaching the metrics team in WMF who can assist in identifying such users. --Dumisani (talk) 06:31, 3 October 2013 (UTC)
